Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will design individualized programs, prioritize communication and independence, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to deliver high-quality care.

We offer realistic caseloads, no nights or weekends, flexible schedules including work-from-home days, ongoing supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of RBTs.
