Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programs that promote communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will work within a neuroaffirming, assent-based framework and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support individuals served.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teams, ongoing professional growth, and adherence to high clinical standards across centers designed for naturalistic teaching.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with teams using a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach.
• Support trauma-informed, ethical care to the people we serve.
