Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You’ll lead clinical decisions within a values-driven, neuroaffirming framework.

You’ll collaborate with a supportive team to ensure ethical care, trauma-informed practice, and through ongoing growth pathways to enhance your clinical repertoire.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavior analysis or related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self‑advocacy.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high‑quality care.
• Maintain ethical, trauma‑informed approaches to support learners and families.
