Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center seeks a BCBA to lead behavioral programs at our North Carolina and Valley Stream locations. You’ll design individualized treatment plans that prioritize communication, independence, and self-advocacy, using neuroaffirming, assent-based approaches to guide learners.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure ethical care and support clinician growth through supervision and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of RBT.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed care.
