Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming emphasizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy while maintaining ethical, trauma-informed care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a center-based setting to support clients across their development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with behavior analytic content.
• BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure ethical, trauma-informed care.
• Contribute to ongoing treatment planning and progress monitoring.
