Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Monroe, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized programming for learners. You will prioritize communication, independence, and self-advocacy while delivering ethical, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with behavior analytic content or closely related field.
• Active BCBA credential and eligibility to supervise RBTs.
• Strong foundation in behavior-analytic assessment and intervention.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement ethical, trauma-informed care.
