Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with law firm billing, subrogation, or professional services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional interaction with attorneys, clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and distribute prebills per attorney and client requirements.
• Process subrogation cost invoices and on-demand client invoices accurately and timely.
• Prepare billing adjustments, including cost corrections and narrative edits.
• Submit electronic invoices via Bill Blast and monitor submissions for errors.
• Maintain billing information, schedules, and client-specific requirements in systems.
