Job summary

Aires in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an entry-level Billing Specialist to support operations and rates teams with audit, entry, and billing of invoices in a high-growth environment. You will ensure all client charging information is entered correctly, audit invoices for policy compliance, upload and send invoices, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely, accurate billing.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
2-3 years relevant billing and audit experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Audit, enter, and bill invoices for operations and rates teams.
Audit invoices for accuracy against policy; ensure billing info captured in the system.
Uploads and sends invoices to internal teams for processing.
Collaborates with internal departments to ensure accuracy, timely billing, and alignment with client or internal policies and processes.
Identifies problems, solutions and opportunities for improvement related to the billing process.
Administers client-specific audit processes.
