Job summary

Aires, a leader in relocation management, is seeking a Client Invoice Specialist for our Pittsburgh, PA office. You will prepare, audit, and distribute client billing statements, acting as the primary contact for billing questions and ensuring timely communication with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Required experience includes 2–3 years in accounting/finance and familiarity with accounting software; an associates degree is preferred. Hybrid work environment offered.

This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to prepare, audit, and distribute recurring client billing statements in alignment with established processes and requirements. The position serves as a primary point of contact for billingrelated questions or issues, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
