Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer account records and enter contract information into the accounting system to support accurate financial processing.
• Review agreements and supporting documentation to verify pricing, payment terms, and customer billing requirements.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, ensuring charges are accurate and submitted according to established deadlines.
• Reconcile billing records, research discrepancies, and work with appropriate team members to resolve issues.
• Compile financial data and prepare accounting schedules, reports, and other required documentation.
• Assist with periodic audits by gathering financial records, organizing supporting materials, and responding to information requests.
• Follow established accounting practices, company procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Provide general accounting support and assist with additional projects as business needs arise.
