Job summary

Aires, a leader in relocation management, is seeking a Client Invoice Specialist for our Pittsburgh, PA office. You will prepare, audit, and distribute client billing statements, acting as the primary contact for billing questions and ensuring timely communication with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Required experience includes 2–3 years in accounting/finance and familiarity with accounting software; an associates degree is preferred. Hybrid work environment offered.

• Prior experience with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, audits, and distributes periodic client billing statements according to outlined processes and requirements.
• Reviews and updates billing instructions for existing and new clients.
• Ensures tracing prompts are actualized timely.
• Proactively addresses billing questions and account inquiries.
• Participates in system testing for technology and process enhancements.
• Performs billing reviews or second checks.
