Job summary

Revireo, a green building services company, seeks a Billing & Accounting Specialist to own the invoicing and collections for production-builder accounts. You will coordinate with Project Managers and operations to ensure accurate billing and timely cash collection.

The role includes supporting broader bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online, interfacing with Salesforce, and maintaining precise financial records. Hybrid work with NJ/NY area preference.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, bookkeeping, or a related accounting function.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, including AR and general bookkeeping.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end billing process for production builder accounts, ensuring invoices are prepared on time.
• Prepare, generate, and distribute customer invoices per requirements and schedules.
• Monitor outstanding AR balances and follow up with customers to accelerate collections.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Record and apply customer payments in QuickBooks Online and reconcile AR balances.
• Maintain AR aging reports and provide collection status updates.
