Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Post and reconcile incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire, card).
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Communicate with clients regarding invoices and payment inquiries.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Prepare aging reports and collection summaries for management.
• Maintain organized AR documentation and ensure compliance.
