STORIS, Inc. is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist to manage the full invoice-to-cash cycle and deliver 500+ invoices annually for 400+ accounts. You will resolve billing discrepancies, drive timely collections, and partner with Sales and Customer Success on contract terms affecting billing.

The role requires 3+ years in billing/AR in a SaaS/subscription environment, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in billing, collections, or AR in SaaS or subscription.
• Experience with recurring revenue and usage-based pricing is a strong plus.
• Proficient with billing/invoicing systems and ERP software.
• Strong Excel with reporting/BI skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organizational skills for high-volume invoicing.
• Understanding ASC 606 revenue recognition is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.

Responsabilités

• Generate, review, and issue accurate invoices per contract terms, ensuring correct pricing and usage-based charges.
• Maintain and reconcile billing schedules for 400+ accounts.
• Process invoice adjustments, credits, and corrections.
• Ensure invoices comply with revenue recognition policies.
• Proactively manage AR aging and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Develop relationships with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Monitor DSO, aging buckets, and bad debt reserves.
• Review contracts to apply correct billing terms and renewal dates.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare AR aging, collections, and cash application reports.
• Support month-end close with AR data and revenue schedules.
