Job summary

Veolia North America is hiring an Order Processing Associate in Plainfield, IN. This hybrid role requires daily processing of orders for invoicing and delivery to customers, with KPI-driven timeframes and strong attention to detail.

You will generate invoices, support collections, and reconcile accounts for special deliveries while using Excel and AP portals. Some nights/weekends may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in a general office environment with billing experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills including LOOKUP and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Process open orders daily in billable status to generate customer invoices.
• Deliver invoices to customers via mail, email, or AP Portal.
• Fulfills escalated invoicing requests from supervisor.
• Assist Collections/Cash Applications/Customers with invoice information as needed.
• Account reconciliation for special delivery customers.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
