Job summary

Indydio in Indianapolis is seeking a meticulous Cash Receipts Clerk to support billing and accounts receivable tasks in a busy office. You will process basic billing for warehouse and tank wash services, maintain customer and shipping locations, and prepare daily invoices and reports.

The role is in-office, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with emphasis on accuracy and timely communication. Strong data entry, careful attention to details, and ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong data entry and general office skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with reports and basic calculations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior billing, accounting, or administrative experience preferred.
• Transportation or logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process basic billing for warehouse and tank wash services.
• Maintain customer and shipping location information.
• Prepare daily billing reports and invoices.
• Support invoice printing, posting, and mailing.
• Provide backup support for imaging and reception.
• Handle incoming packages and billing mail.
• Prepare weekly commission reports.
• Assist with phones and other administrative tasks as needed.
