Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles across multiple states. You will partner with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced commercial electrical construction environment.

This role requires seven+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and bilingual English and Spanish.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in construction, skilled trades, or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting high-volume and multi-state hiring.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers, field leadership, and department heads.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Recruit for Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and corporate roles.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, culture fit, availability, and project alignment.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach.
• Promote and manage the employee referral program in alignment with company guidelines.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding pipelines, timelines, and market conditions.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience and compliant documentation in the ATS.
