Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a specific territory, serving as main contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Lead workforce planning meetings with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Provide guidance and coaching to department managers throughout the hiring process.
• Manage jobs, workflows, candidates, offers, and reporting in ATS.
