Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a hybrid Recruiting/Business Partner to attract and hire qualified candidates for field, skilled-trade, administrative, and professional roles. The role also leads the summer intern program and supports performance management and employee relations.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required to provide a professional, welcoming candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting/talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or communications preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience recruiting skilled-trade, construction, or manufacturing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Recruit for skilled-trade, construction field, administrative, and professional positions.
• Conduct interviews in English and Spanish when required.
• Translate or explain postings, onboarding materials, and policies to Spanish-speaking candidates.
• Develop candidate pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, and schools.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate records in the UKG system.
• Provide timely updates and positive candidate experience.
• Lead planning and execution of the summer internship program.
• Support performance management processes and employee relations activities.
• Coach managers on performance expectations and PIPs.
• Assist investigations into complaints or policy violations.
• Provide HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
