Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR or admin role supporting a team.
• Experience in recruiting or training is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of applicant tracking and/or learning management software; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting from application to final hiring, coordinating with the team to move work efficiently.
• Post job openings, draft offers, and manage workflow tasks in the ATS.
• Schedule interviews and communicate details to candidates and managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings including background checks and drug tests.
• Administer hiring for temporary staff, coordinating with agencies and managers.
