Job summary

Corporate Resources of Illinois, Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to support growth by identifying and attracting top talent across multiple departments, including sales, operations, and customer support.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding, partner with hiring managers, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to fill ongoing openings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience; bilingual Spanish

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Talent pipeline management skills with a proactive approach to sourcing.
• The ability to engage passive candidates and effectively communicate employer value propositions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strategic Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs across multiple departments.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry hiring trends and best practices to attract and retain top talent.
• HR Support: Assist with onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
