• Supports recruiting from application to final hiring stage and coordinates interviews.
• Posts jobs, drafts offer letters, and maintains ATS records.
• Schedules interviews and communicates details to candidates and managers.
• Oversees pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Manages onboarding and coordination with agency partners for temporary staff.
• Maintains candidate inquiries with timely, accurate responses.
• Generates reports and analytics to track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborates with training to ensure smooth onboarding.
