Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is hiring an Operations Training Manager to lead bilingual learning programs in English and Spanish, adapting content to local markets while aligning with enterprise standards. The role partners with leaders, Performance Enablement teams, and vendors to localize automotive finance concepts for US operations.

The candidate will design and deliver training, manage content initiatives, and ensure content is accurate, usable, and culturally relevant across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations training, learning and development, instructional design, knowledge management, or related field.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training, assessing learner readiness, and coaching.
• Experience designing or improving learning materials using governance standards.
• Experience delivering bilingual (English/Spanish) training for bilingual audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead training delivery and employee readiness for the localized operation in English and Spanish, using established curriculum and standards.
• Design, develop, adapt, and improve bilingual learning programs and materials, translating complex concepts to Spanish.
• Manage training and content projects from needs analysis through evaluation, coordinating timelines and stakeholders.
• Develop and govern bilingual operational knowledge content with clear, searchable materials.
