Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an Operations Training professional to independently lead bilingual training and employee readiness for assigned markets, delivering English and Spanish programs and adapting content to bilingual audiences.

The role designs learning solutions, maintains knowledge content, and partners with leaders and vendors to localize automotive finance concepts while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations training, learning and development, instructional design, knowledge management, content development, or related field.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training, assessing learner readiness, and coaching.
• Experience designing, adapting, or improving learning materials and operational content using governance standards.
• Experience delivering training in English and Spanish for bilingual audiences.

• Lead training delivery and employee readiness for English and Spanish programs.
• Design, develop, translate, and improve bilingual learning solutions.
• Manage training and content projects from needs analysis to evaluation.
