Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an Operations Learning Manager to lead bilingual training and employee-readiness programs in English and Spanish for assigned markets. You will partner with SME teams and vendors to localize complex automotive finance concepts while aligning with enterprise standards.

The role requires 5–7 years of operations-training experience, strong facilitation skills, and proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations training, learning and development, instructional design, or related fields.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training in English and Spanish.
• Experience designing or improving learning materials and operational content using established standards.
• Experience delivering bilingual training and adapting content for bilingual audiences.
• Strong collaboration with leaders, SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Delivery and Employee Readiness in English and Spanish for the localized operation.
• Design and improve bilingual learning solutions to meet business objectives and learner needs.
• Manage training projects, timelines, risks, and stakeholder input.
• Develop and govern bilingual operational knowledge content for accuracy and accessibility.
