What You Will Do

The Operations Learning Manager independently leads training and employee-readiness support for assigned markets and operations. Serving as the primary training partner for assigned business areas, the position delivers bilingual learning programs, assesses learner readiness, provides coaching, and identifies opportunities to improve employee performance. The role also designs and adapts learning solutions, develops and maintains operational knowledge content, and manages assigned training and content initiatives. In partnership with business leaders, internal Performance Enablement teams, vendor partners, and subject matter experts, the position localizes complex automotive finance concepts, processes, and requirements into accurate, effective, and culturally relevant learning and knowledge experiences in Spanish while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Lead Training Delivery and Employee Readiness: Plan and deliver new hire, refresher, and other assigned training programs for the localized operation in English and Spanish using established curriculum and facilitation standards. Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment, adapt delivery to learner and cultural needs, assess learner readiness, and provide coaching and feedback. Analyze learner and performance trends and recommend improvements that strengthen employee readiness and business outcomes.
  • Design and Improve Bilingual Learning Solutions: Design, develop, adapt, and improve learning programs, courses, activities, and supporting materials based on business objectives, learner needs, content complexity, and desired performance outcomes. Translate and adapt complex United States automotive finance concepts and enterprise learning content into clear, accurate, and culturally relevant Spanish while preserving business meaning, instructional intent, and operational requirements. Use learner feedback, assessment results, available performance information, and business input to evaluate effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Manage Training and Content Projects and Business Partnerships: Manage assigned training, learning, and knowledge initiatives from needs analysis and planning through development, implementation, and evaluation. Establish timelines and deliverables, coordinate dependencies and stakeholder input, manage risks and competing priorities, and escape significant barriers or decisions as appropriate. Consult with localized business leaders, internal Performance Enablement teams, vendor partners, and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and recommend practical solutions aligned with enterprise standards, local cultural and language considerations, and business priorities.
  • Develop and Govern Bilingual Operational Knowledge: Create, translate, update, organize, and maintain English- and Spanish-language operational knowledge content for the localized operation in accordance with established content and governance standards. Ensure information is accurate, clear, searchable, usable, and culturally appropriate. Identify and address outdated, incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicative content and recommend improvements to content structure, accessibility, lifecycle management, and the employee knowledge experience.
What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations training, learning and development, instructional design, knowledge management, content development, or a related field.
  • Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training, assessing learner readiness, and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Experience designing, adapting, or improving learning materials and operational knowledge content using established learning, content, or governance standards.
  • Experience delivering training and adapting business, process, or learning content in both English and Spanish for bilingual audiences.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, training teams, content teams, vendors, or other cross-functional stakeholders to identify needs and implement practical learning or knowledge solutions.
  • Experience managing assigned projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and competing priorities.
Preferred
  • Experience in automotive finance, consumer lending, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Experience localizing complex operational or regulated content for different markets or cultural contexts.
  • Experience using learning technology, knowledge management systems, or other employee-facing content platforms.
  • Experience applying artificial intelligence or other emerging technologies to learning, training, or knowledge solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent related work experience may be considered.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish required.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to adapt meaning, context, and cultural considerations for bilingual audiences.
  • Knowledge of training delivery, instructional design, adult learning, content development, and knowledge management practices.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex information, assess learner understanding, and adjust delivery based on learner needs.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content-organization skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and usable learning and operational materials.
  • Ability to identify training, performance, learning, and knowledge needs and recommend practical solutions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables.
