You will deliver programs in English and Spanish, translate complex automotive finance concepts, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts.

The role emphasizes design and governance of bilingual content, project management, and maintaining accurate operational knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations training, learning and development, instructional design, knowledge management, or related field.
• Experience delivering bilingual (English/Spanish) training and adapting content for bilingual audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, L&D or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver bilingual training programs for the localized operation in English and Spanish.
• Design and adapt learning content and knowledge material to meet business objectives and cultural needs.
• Manage training and content projects from needs analysis to evaluation, coordinating with stakeholders.
