Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is hiring an Operations Learning Manager to lead bilingual training programs for English and Spanish speakers in our Plano operations. You will design, implement, and continuously improve learning solutions and content that drive employee readiness and performance.

You will partner with leaders, Performance Enablement teams, and vendors to localize automotive finance concepts while maintaining enterprise standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in operations training or learning & development
• Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training
• Bilingual English/Spanish required with ability to adapt content cross-culturally
• Experience collaborating with leaders, SMEs, and vendors
• Strong project management and content governance capabilities
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and content development standards

Responsibilities

• Lead bilingual training delivery for English and Spanish programs.
• Design and adapt learning solutions to local market needs.
• Manage training and content projects from analysis to evaluation.
• Develop bilingual operational knowledge content following governance standards.
