Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Lifecycle Communications Manager (Bilingual Spanish) to lead customer-facing messages across the financing lifecycle. You will develop communications, manage journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ensure regulatory and brand alignment.

The role requires strong English and Spanish writing skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on clarity and customer understanding across onboarding, servicing, and payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle communications, CRM, customer engagement, customer experience, or marketing automation.
• Experience building communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent platforms.
• Experience writing, editing, or structuring customer-facing operational messages.
• For Spanish-language assignments, experience translating/localizing bilingual communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and improve customer-facing communications across onboarding, servicing, payments, collections, end-of-term, titles, and loyalty.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated journeys and transactional messages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Write and edit clear, compliant customer communications and ensure brand voice consistency across lifecycle messages.
• Translate/localize communications into Spanish while preserving meaning, regulatory accuracy, and cultural relevance.
• Monitor performance metrics and iteratively improve messages and journeys.
• Collaborate with CX Strategy, Digital Product, Servicing, Titles, Operations, and Marketing.
