Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations training, learning and development, instructional design, knowledge management, content development, or a related field.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training, assessing learner readiness, and providing coaching and feedback.
• Experience delivering bilingual learning content for English and Spanish audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Delivery and Employee Readiness: Plan and deliver new hire, refresher, and other training for the localized operation in English and Spanish using established curriculum and standards.
• Design and Improve Bilingual Learning Solutions: Develop and adapt learning programs and materials, translate complex concepts into clear bilingual content.
• Manage Training and Content Projects: Coordinate timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder input from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Develop and Govern Bilingual Operational Knowledge: Create and maintain English- and Spanish-language knowledge content aligned with governance standards.
