Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Lifecycle Communications Manager (Bilingual Spanish) to lead customer communications across onboarding, servicing, payments, collections, and loyalty. You will implement journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ensure messages are clear, compliant, and culturally appropriate for targeted markets.

The role requires strong writing/editing skills, English and Spanish fluency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle communications, CRM, or marketing automation.
• Experience building and editing customer-facing operational messages.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for bilingual communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize customer communications across financing lifecycle stages.
• Build and manage journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with localization to Spanish.
• Collaborate with product, servicing, and marketing to ensure compliant, clear messaging.
• Translate and localize communications for Spanish-language markets.
