Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and office-based work Tuesday through Thursday

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline service resource for Employee Benefits clients, employees, and internal team members.

• Ability to work from the Irvine office during the initial training period and maintain the required hybrid schedule.

• Current California Health and Life insurance license.
• Two or more years of experience in an employee benefits brokerage, agency, carrier, or consulting environment.
• Experience with BenefitPoint, EASE, Employee Navigator, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting open enrollment, employee education, eligibility administration, and ongoing client service.
