Responsibilities

• Respond to requests involving eligibility, ID cards, benefit portals, providers, and claims support.
• Process employee additions, terminations, and qualifying life events.
• Track service cases and ensure documentation and resolution.
• Assist with billing discrepancies, eligibility updates, and carrier follow-up.
• Support open enrollment logistics and employee communications.
• Deliver high-touch, responsive service in every interaction.
