Job summary

Spot On Talent is seeking a Benefits Administrator for a six-month engagement with a global manufacturer in Irving, TX. You’ll own day-to-day administration across multiple plans and support the 401(k) process, with Fridays remote.

The role requires 3+ years in benefits administration, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Workday is a plus. The position is hybrid (Irving office Mon-Thu, remote on Fridays).

Qualifications

• 3+ years in benefits administration across multiple plan types.
• Experience with union or self-insured plans is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer three benefit plans and keep eligibility and vendor data accurate.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and billing.
• Support open enrollment: case tickets, system testing, reporting and post-enrollment cleanup.
• Back up the 401(k) process: funding, case tickets and reporting.
• Coordinate leave paperwork with the third-party administrator.
• Answer employee benefits questions clearly and kindly.
