Job summary

SRS Distribution - McKinney is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the administration of employee benefits programs and manage the Benefits Administration team. You will partner with HR Services, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely benefits delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in benefits operations, strong leadership, and expertise in Workday Benefits. This hybrid role is based at our McKinney, TX office with strategic program implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration or benefits operations.
• Experience leading teams or managing administrative functions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, welfare, retirement, and other employee benefit programs.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration systems, preferably Workday Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement).
• Establish operational priorities, processes, and performance expectations for benefits administration.
• Oversee enrollment, eligibility, qualifying life events, annual enrollment, and related activities.
• Ensure processes address complex issues escalated from HR Services and coordinate with HR Services, HRIS, Payroll, and Finance.
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct program reviews with Director of Benefits.
