Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established organization to identify an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the administration and management of employee benefit programs.

This hands-on role oversees day-to-day benefits administration, compliance, retirement programs, open enrollment, audits, and process improvements while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external benefit partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive benefits administration experience
• Experience independently managing multiple benefits facets
• Strong knowledge of health, welfare and retirement programs
• Experience with benefits audits, testing, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to act as a benefits SME within the organization

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's primary subject matter expert for employee benefits.
• Manage day-to-day administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, eligibility, changes, and ongoing plan administration.
• Coordinate and support annual open enrollment activities.
• Manage retirement plan administration, including a 403(b) plan.
• Support benefits audits, compliance activities, nondiscrimination testing, and reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements to compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, brokers, and external partners.
• Lead benefits projects from planning through implementation.
