Job summary

You will support benefits, FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, and disability programs, serving as a resource for employees with benefits and leave questions.

Open Enrollment, new hire benefits orientations, communications, and benefits education are part of the role, plus processing life events, billing, and HRIS maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in HR, benefits or leave administration.
• Basic understanding of employee benefits and leave processes.
• Experience with FMLA, ADA or disability leave programs preferred.
• HRIS experience required; Paylocity experience a plus.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Benefits & Leave activities including FMLA, ADA, parental leave and disability programs.
• Serve as a resource for employees with benefits and leave questions.
• Support Open Enrollment, new hire orientations, and benefits education.
• Process life event changes, benefit updates, garnishments, and monthly billing.
• Maintain HRIS and benefits vendor data, perform audits, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
