Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Two to three years of experience administering or coordinating leave, disability, accommodations, workers' compensation, benefits, or related HR programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and HRIS Workday.

Responsibilities

• Administer leave, absence, and paid sick leave programs (FMLA, disability) and college leaves; maintain records and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate employee accommodation process: collect docs, review, track requests, and support interactive process.
• Coordinate workers' compensation, leave, and related activities across programs to ensure accurate administration and documentation.
• Communicate leave, time off, and employment-related changes to payroll and benefits systems to ensure accuracy.

Education
