This role involves managing benefits escalations, updating Open Enrollment documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in benefits administration, possessing strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. This is a hybrid position with a 12-month contract offering a pay rate of $40.00 - $49.24/hr.

Formación

• 4+ years of US benefits administration experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing benefits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for benefits escalations.
• Provide information to employees about benefits.
• Review and update Open Enrollment requirements.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in related field
