Northeast Health Services, a Transformations Care Network member, seeks Supervising Clinicians to supervise unlicensed clinicians and may maintain a therapy caseload. The position emphasizes professional development, collaborative care with Clinic Directors and prescribers, and adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Meet post-licensure experience requirements for supervision as per licensing Board.
• Knowledge of privacy/HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and training for unlicensed, graduate-level and/or intern clinicians.
• Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy in outpatient settings (in person or telehealth).
• Maintain supervision and client documentation in EMR within 48–72 hours.
• Coordinate care with internal programs, community agencies, and medical providers; report any safety concerns.
