Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program and state licensure.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) served; post-licensure supervisor requirements.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules, HIPAA, and professional ethics; strong documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision weekly for unlicensed clinicians or interns.
• Advise on treatment plans, supervise notes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers; manage risk and crisis response.
