Qualifications
- Certified as a BCBA (Behavior Analyst) as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, ethics, and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and regular consultations.
