Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for remote/hybrid/onsite employment in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role involves supervising BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload and reviewing data to tailor treatment plans for clients with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, learning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data, interpret results and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
