Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking BCBA professionals for full- or part-time roles in a hybrid setting in Massachusetts. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatments while coordinating with families and staff. The role includes a supportive Clinical Manager and a manageable caseload.

Salary ranges from 85,000 to 95,000 USD annually with potential additional incentive up to 6,000 USD yearly. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K with match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision via observations and family/team meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
• Support from Clinical Manager including administrative and scheduling help.
