Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking BCBA professionals for full/part-time roles with hybrid work options. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans for a small caseload. The position offers a salary of 85k–95k and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays, PTO, and a 401K with match.
Applicants must hold a BCBA certification and have at least 1 year of experience with individuals with diverse needs. Proficiency in Office 365 and ABA software is required.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified by BACB.
- Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
- Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, reinforcement theory, ethics and regulations.
- Proficient in Office 365 suite and ABA software tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review session data with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision through staff meetings with families.
- Consult with families regarding treatment concerns or staff issues.
- Receive support from Clinical Manager for administrative tasks and caseload scheduling.
