Job summary

RNInk in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA treatment programs for pediatric clients, supervising RBTs and therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical practice.

You will conduct assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and schools to support learning across clinic, home, and community settings in a flexible hybrid workflow.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing, plus applicable state licensure for Arizona (COBA).
Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
Experience designing/managing ABA programs for pediatric autism.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with flexible hybrid work.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-level assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social, daily living, and self-help skills.
Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical compliance.
Monitor progress with ongoing data collection and adjust plans as children develop.
Lead parent/caregiver meetings and provide training for home/community reinforcement.
Coordinate with schools and other healthcare professionals across settings.
