Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced BCBA to oversee ABA programs for pediatric clients, conducting assessments, developing data-driven treatment plans, and guiding clinical teams to ensure high fidelity and ethical care.

You will supervise RBTs and therapists, review progress data, and collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to support holistic development in home, clinic, and community settings. A master's degree and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active and in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Experience designing and managing ABA programs for pediatric populations
• Ability to work in a flexible hybrid workflow spanning clinic, home, and community visits

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify needs and target behaviors
• Treatment Planning: develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help skills
• Supervision & Oversight: supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical compliance
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: review data, track progress, and modify plans as children develop
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: lead parent meetings, provide training, and ensure consistent strategies across settings
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: collaborate with schools and other healthcare professionals to support the child across learning environments
