Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in Arizona. You will lead clinically, mentor RBTs, and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families.

The position offers professional growth, data-driven practice, and a supportive infrastructure including a Staffing Coordinator, Case Manager, and access to ATrack. A competitive salary plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus awaits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field with 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland assessments and creating treatment plans.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland), and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies including BST.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis, adjust programming accordingly, and support clients during crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
