Qualifications

BCBA certification in good standing with BACB, plus any Arizona state licensing/COBA requirements.
Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills; ability to manage hybrid clinic/home/community visits.

Responsibilities

Assessments & evaluations to identify strengths, target behaviors, and developmental needs.
Develop customized, data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social, daily living, and self-help skills.
Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity, clinical integrity, and ethical practice.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as children develop using ongoing data analysis.
Lead regular parent/caregiver meetings and provide training to reinforce strategies at home and in the community.
Collaborate with schools and other healthcare professionals to support the child across learning environments.
