Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role serving families across the Salt Lake City area. The compensation ranges from $85 to $95 per hour and includes in-home sessions with remote planning time for data review and treatment programming.

You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, lead parent training, monitor progress, and collaborate with families, schools, and care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care for each child.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and eligibility for Utah licensure.
• Passion for working with children and families.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with parents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized, meaningful treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and hands-on support to RBTs, helping them deliver high quality, compassionate care.
• Lead parent training that empowers families with the skills and confidence to support their child daily.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming so every child keeps moving forward.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams to create consistency across every part of a child’s life.
• Serve families in home throughout the Salt Lake City area and along the Wasatch Front, from North Ogden to Provo.
